Description of the missing person
Fatima was known for her strong personality, her modesty, and her ability to assume the responsibilities of life. She was the mother of three boys and a girl. Her greatest concern was providing her children with a higher level of education and improving her living situation. That dream was lost on the day that Fatima and her children disappeared.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
At one point during the Tall El Zaatar incident and the blockade of the camp, a safe passage out of the camp became available, so Fatima and her neighbors agreed to leave. As Fatima and her children were escaping the camp, her neighbor made them stop in front of a destroyed building so that she could go pick up her father. When the neighbor returned to the same place, she could not find Fatima or her children.
