Description of the missing person
After having graduated from high school, Georges was waiting for his opportunity to enroll in the military academy. Meanwhile, he kept busy working with his father driving his pickup truck.
Georges was very interested in sports, and especially soccer. He also used to enjoy foreign art, such as movies, shows and music. In his spare time, he used to either take care of his mother whom was sick, or go out on the soccer field to play a match with his friends.
Georges was mature and calm, and he was very affectionate. He kept a close relationship with all his siblings and cousins, and at the same time the bond that he had built with his friends was exceptionally strong; for even after Georges' disappearance, his friends continued to go over his house and check up on his mother and treat her like she was their own mother.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
After the Military Academy’s entrance exams got postponed, Georges started working with his father driving the truck. After one month, and while he was on his way from Zahle to Beirut, somewhere along the road Georges went missing.
Coincidentally, that was the only day that his father was not able to go with him because he was sick.
Georges never made it to Beirut, and no trace of him (or even the pickup truck) was ever found since.
